REIKI 

Japanese for “guided life force energy”, Reiki is a timeless practice in which energy is shifted into balance to promote relaxation, improve immune and adrenal function, and facilitate the clearing of emotional and energetic blockages to live a healthier and happier life. It has been effective as a complementary modality in helping virtually every ailment, and always creates a beneficial effect. It works well in conjunction with other medical and therapeutic treatments to relieve side effects and assist with recovery.

SOUND HEALING

Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state and energetic body by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency, which the brainwave can attune to. We can entrain our brainwaves; it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur). On a cellular level, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and symphonic gongs can recalibrate our body’s vibration and frequency. It is as if we are tuned like radios to the right channels to receive all that we need.

CRYSTAL THERAPY

Crystal Therapy is an ancient metaphysical art in which crystals and other stones are placed on the body to address specific physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms. The crystals act as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out. The vibratory harmonics of individual crystals and stones are used to help calibrate the vibrations in an individual’s energetic body, much like a tuning fork can help one find the correct pitch. These stones, when assigned to different energy points on the body, further magnify the healing work taking place from modalities such as Reiki and Sound Healing.
